EPLSolutions provides project risk assessment and assurance services to help organizations identify and manage operational risk. Our approach is one of engagement. Engage project stakeholders early and often with active participation in the risk assessment process e.g. HAZID workshop. Our due diligence process focuses on reducing redundancy in auditing and evaluating and emphasizes the ‘Show Me’ approach. Can the team at the work site do the job effectively, safely, and in line with verified procedures? Can they recognize change and are they equipped to adapt? Our auditors are successfully using this approach with results validated by improved contractor performance. Having a resource in the field allows verification of safe work practices. To support the cohesiveness of the project team we have built a network of professionals with the needed skills set; trained and experienced, team focused, with superior leadership and communications skills. Our field personnel (HSE Coaches and Advisors) have decades of field and management experience in industry. Their role is not to train but to mentor and support the contractor through their own corrective action and training and to provide client oversight of contractor operations.
